We’re bringing Sierra Club members and local environmental advocates from across the state together for a special weekend at Cuyahoga Valley National Park(CVNP), and we’d love for you to join us!
We’ll be celebrating 250 years of natural legacy by exploring, connecting, and giving back to Ohio’s only national park. Rooms around CVNP fill up fast, so if you plan to stay overnight, we strongly recommend booking your hotel or accommodations right away.

Weekend Highlights:
- Friday: 1:00 PM bike ride (Meet at Lock 29 parking) or help with a CVNP Adopt-a Trail Clean Up
- Saturday Morning: Moderate hike in CVNP
- Saturday Afternoon: River cleanup via kayak (kayaks provided!) or participate in the CVNP National Public Lands Day habitat restoration
- Saturday Evening: Sierra Club sponsored gathering with heavy appetizers.
- Sunday Morning: Breakfast, followed by a history talk with a CVNP park naturalist and a 3 mile hike.
