Parking

Parking at CSU, as it is with many universities now, is run by a contractor and thus there is a fee involved in just about all parking on campus – even my parking as staff.  With that preamble . . . CSU Parking Services is making “Lot 22” available on Sunday from 8:00AM to 10:00PM for $10.00 total.  That is a rate better than the per hour rates at the other university lots and Lot 22 is very convenient to our meeting site – it is directly behind/north end of the Student Center between Euclid Ave. & Chester Ave.  It can be entered from either E 21st (South bound) or E 22nd (North bound) Avenues.  On street parking is not easy to find and all of it is metered near the university.

The building where we’re meeting, Rhodes West, is located OVER E 21st Street and is just to the west of Rhodes Tower & the Library.  It can be entered at street level near the Central Garage (NOT open to the public/visitors) or on the west side of E 21st Street between Euclid & Chester.  I’m including a link to the campus map – Lot 22 is a blue circle with “22” in it and Rhodes West is designated by an orange square with “RW” in it.
